How lucky we are to live in a time when we can have great footage of something as surprising and fun as this appear online within a matter of hours of it happening. Also: Dig Kevin Barnes’ beard. He spent much of this show dressed like a day-glo pirate.

You know, I think I like this Solange as indie songress thing going around the internet right now. She seems to be embracing it and the indie kids are a-ga-ga. She doesn’t have the pipes for R&B and when you’re the younger sister of planet’s biggest musical superstar (sorry Lady GaGa, maybe next time) it seems that umm…you probably should feel empowered to do what you love and where your heart takes you.

So I dig this.
